"I have been with State Farm for about a year and a half now and have always had the best service from this office! I can't speak for State Farm as a whole or about the rates (I have full coverage, renter's and a previous accident so I don't expect my insurance to be cheap) but the customer service is always on point! I had a billing issue because I had to replace my debit card and they could have easily charged me fees for a returned payment and all that but they didn't. They took the time to call me and ask what was going on and promptly resolve the issue. I love that when I call they can look up my name (or however it works) and they call you by name so it really makes you feel like they care. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!"
